MELGES 32 VISS BOAT AND TRAILER DELIVERIES AT THE PORT OF PALM BEACH

Dear  VISS Participants,

As the shipping deadline approaches for your equipment and kit please take note of this important information:

1.)Delivery Address is Tropical Shipping 4 Port Road Port of Palm Beach Florida   Rivera Beach, Fla. 33404. You must enter from Martin Luther King Blvd.
2.)Port security will give the drivers a temporary pass that is valid for several entries. Unfortunately supervising loading is not permitted.
3.)Please have your booking  reference with your delivery.
4.)The boats, trailers  and kit must be delivered by January 28 before 3 PM for the departure on Jan. 30 and by  February 4th for the sailing of February 6th
5.)Please make sure that you have supplied Kestrel with your copies of registrations and titles (scanned or faxed copies are ok).
6.)If you still have not made a deposit or paid for the freight (before arrival), the information is attached.
7.)Please make a detailed inspection report with the Tropical Shipping checker at delivery.
8.)Due to space constraints on the January 30th sailing we will give priority to the sailboats, then storage trailers, then the chase boats. All units delivered by the cut off will sail at the latest on the February 6 sailing.
